Why Would Arsenal or Anyone Want That Headache? Concerning Luis Suarez

Did I say offensive or offensive? Read that however you'd like. Since 2010, Suarez has been banned from 25 matches, missing nearly a full league season in that time because of his offensive behavior on the field. Twice in three seasons Suarez has been banned for biting another player. Biting!
That said, Suarez can fill up the net, so Arsenal are reportedly looking at buying him from Liverpool for more than £40 million despite all his maniacal transgressions.
Still, that's not the craziest part of the story. Liverpool owner John Henry tweeted, "What do you think they're smoking over there at Emirates?" on Wednesday after Arsenal's bid.
Suarez is so damn talented that Liverpool want Cavani or Falcao money for him, even though he's a complete liability with his behavior and is probably one more suspension away from serious punishment.
Arsenal likely could have secured Gonzalo Higuain for less than £35 million (I may have said less than £30 million in the video) but didn't want to pony up the cash, instead breaking the proverbial bank for Suarez.
Why would they want the headache?
